Single Session
Want to put in your order for a delicious starter of coaching? This one-time 45-minute session will give you a lush taste of support and clarity. You can pick a topic of your choice or I can coach you in getting a rich snapshot of your life at the moment leaving you with new awareness and understanding.


FEAST One-Course Meal Package   £100/€120/$150 per month
6 Sessions in 6 Months
Want something more regular than the one-time session but not quite the full version? This package includes one session per month plus weekly email support. This is for women who are passionate about moving forward and want a more spacious timeframe.


FEAST Full Course Meal Package   £200/€240/$300 per month 
12 sessions in 6 months
Do you know you're hungry and want to revel in the nuance and variety of the full course meal? This package includes six months of solid, ongoing support. You will have bi-weekly coaching sessions plus unlimited email support between sessions for a full six months. Women who choose this option are ready for clarity and change and grow enormously as a result of this level of commitment.
