Yogaglo brings loads of yoga classes right to your computer screen. My sister, Statia Murphy, is a yoga teacher dedicated to the study of Anusara yoga and she connected me to this wonderful resource. Now I can select the class that suits my fancy on any given day and be wonderfully guided through my practice in my own home. Check it out!

For those of you who know the basics of yoga and can work with audio classes, try this yoga website. I have an array of favorite classes on my iPhone and can tap into them whenever I want...on the road, in my studio or at home.

Ready for a break? Does the thought of sorting out vacation bookings give you pause? Check out this wonderful resource. When I travel, I love to have the sense that I am living in that place. Staying in an apartment at your destination allows you to do just that. I have stayed in fab Airbnb apartments in London, Berlin and Istanbul. What could be better than going down to the local market and then back to your apartment to whip up a dinner with local food?!
